Accommodations
14-bedroom post-and-beam view lodge on landscaped grounds for the exclusive use of Mountain Trek guests. Private bedrooms with down bedding and heated-tile bathrooms accommodate either single travelers or couples.

Private cathedral-ceiling, cork-floor yoga studio and Cybex® weight-room/gym overlooking lake and mountains. Private session rooms. Outdoor Jacuzzi, sauna. Laundry facilities, comfortable, attractive living and dining facilities, 34 acres of trees, flowers, peace and privacy.

Specialty Activities
Private nutritional consultations, personal yoga training, private fitness assessment, private fitness prescription. A special post-program support service called the Guided Integration Program can be purchased once the FitPath Program has been completed.

Spa cuisine
Spa cuisine Spa lifestyle cuisine and calorie-controlled weight loss menus include as much organic vegetables and meats as possible, including free-run chicken and turkey, organic buffalo and beef, and wild fish. Our menu includes 3 daily meals and two trail snacks. Vegetarian and vegan diets accommodated.

Services Included
All packages include daily hiking or winter snowshoeing, yoga, core-conditioning, strength-training, cooking classes, de-stressing classes, nutritional classes, hot springs passes, weigh-ins and weigh-outs, and post-program integration classes. All programs accommodate a mix of men and women. FitPath offers three levels of guided hiking daily (beginner, intermediate, advanced), fitness and educational activities, 3 weekly massages, meals and snacks, personal laundry service and shuttle to/from local airport. Winter snowshoeing program also includes pool activities and cross-country skiing.

Deposit & Pre-Payment Information
$500 deposit is required to confirm reservation, and is refundable up to 60 days prior to the originally scheduled arrival date minus a $200 administration fee. The non-refundable balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy
Deposits and balances are non-refundable 60 days and less prior to arrival date. Cancellation insurance is recommended in event of last-minute cancellations.

Hundreds of miles of maintained wilderness hiking trails, hot springs, lake kayaking, golf, spelunking, sailing, mountain biking, horseback riding, rock climbing, downhill powder skiing, cat skiing, and helocopter skiing. Nearby villages and towns are historic and quaint with artisans, culture, healthy outdoor orientation.

Local Airport is at Castlegar, 1 ¼ hour drive with our free shuttle service. Nearest major airport is at Spokane, Washington, USA, 4 hours drive. Shuttle service offered.

Climate
Inland temperate rainforest with moderate climate. Summers normally very warm with low-high range of 65 - 98 F. Winter temperatures generally remain near 30F in daytime. Highest-altitude hiking July - September.
