Garlic Mashed Potatoes
New Age Health Spa
Serves 4, 138 calories per serving

Ingredients:
  • 4 cup Potatoes, medium diced
  • 2 ½ cup Water
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic, roasted
  • 1 tsp Fresh Dill, chopped fine
  • 2 tsp Skim Milk [optional]
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions:

  1. Wash and peel potatoes.
  2. Combine potatoes and water in a pot.
  3. Bring to boil and cook until potatoes are soft.
  4. Strain the water. Mash the potatoes with a mixer, adding the garlic, oil, skim milk, dill and salt. Continue to mix until well blended.
