Blackberry Yogurt Cheese

Makes 32 servings.
1/2 cup is a serving
1 1/2 quarts yogurt, nonfat
1 quart blackberries, use frozen berries
3/4 cup fructose
1. Place a piece of cheesecloth in a strainer and empty the yogurt into it.
2. Allow the yogurt to drain for at least an hour. Discard the whey.
3. Mix the fructose into the thickened yogurt.
4. Partially thaw and carefully fold in the berries.
