The Palms at Palm Springs
Serves 8, 105 calories per
serving
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 lb. pink
salmon (other varieties are okay, but higher in fat)
- 1 tsp. poppy seeds
- 1 tsp. sesame
seeds
- 1/3 tsp. celery
seeds
- 1/2 tsp. onion
powder
- a pinch of dried
dill weed
- 1 tsp. I Love Lemon Tea (We use
Bigalow & 1 tsp. equals 1 tea bag)
- 2 tsp. butter buds
- 1/3 c. buttermilk
Preparation:
- Cut the salmon into serving pieces. 3 ounces will give the calories as stated
above.
- Combine the rest of the ingredients in a blender and process.
- Place salmon on broiling rack.
- Brush blended mixture over top of salmon.
- Broil in preheated broiler for 8 to 10 minutes. (Take care not to burn the
herbs)
NOTE: You will have more of the basting mixture than you need, but this is also
very good on chicken.
