Ingredients:
- 4-4
oz. skinless chicken breast fillets
- Salt
& Pepper to taste
- 1/3
tsp. Thyme, ground
- 1
tsp. Canola Oil
Instructions:
- Season
chicken with salt, pepper and thyme.
- In
a heated saucepan, add oil and sear chicken for about 5 minutes.
- Finish
cooking chicken in the oven, baking at 375 degrees for about 10 minutes
or until done.
