Blueberry Mousse
Cal-a-Vie
For variety, try this recipe with the frozen fruit of your choice!

  • 2 1/2 Cups FROZEN blueberries (or other frozen fruit) *reserve 2 Tbs. For garnish
  • 2 Tsp. Cream de Cassis
  • 2 Tbs. Honey
  • ½ ripe banana
  • ¼ Tsp. Vanilla
  • ¼ Cup Non-Fat powdered milk or ¼ Cup protein powder
  • Juice of ½ an orange
  1. In a chilled bowl of a food processor, combine blueberries, Cassis, honey, banana, vanilla and powdered milk.
  2. Let mixture rotate for 4-5 minutes until the mix becomes thick and smooth.
  3. Divide into 12 chilled champagne glasses and garnish with the remaining blueberries.
  4. Serve immediately before the mousse has a chance to liquefy.
