Fresh Figs With Balsamic Glaze

8 Fresh figs,
quartered
2 c. Balsamic vinegar
¼ c. Sucanat or organic sugar
Bring balsamic vinegar to a boil, reduce heat and add sucanat or
sugar. Continue to heat until vinegar is reduced to ½ cup. Spoon on to
4 plates and arrange figs over top.
Serve immediately.
