Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients:
- 4 cup Potatoes, medium diced
- 2 ½ cup Water
- 2 tsp Oil
- 1 tsp Garlic, roasted
- 1 tsp Fresh Dill, chopped fine
- 2 tsp Skim Milk [optional]
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions:
- Wash and peel potatoes.
- Combine potatoes and water in a pot.
- Bring to boil and cook until potatoes are soft.
- Strain the water. Mash the potatoes with a mixer, adding the garlic, oil,
skim milk, dill and salt. Continue to mix until well blended.
