Teriyaki Grill Marinade

2 cups pineapple juice
5/8 cup tamari soy sauce
3 tablespoons fresh ginger, minced
1 tablespoon garlic

Combine all ingredients. Use as a marinade and then discard.

Note: Flaky fish such as salmon should not be marinated for more than an hour. Meatier fishes, marlin, sword, and shark can marinate for several hours if desired. Great for poultry.
