Penne Pasta with White Beans, Broccoli & Pesto

2 ½ Cups Penne Pasta, Cooked
20 Ounces White Beans, Cooked
2 Cups Small Broccoli Florets
2 T Pine Nuts, Toasted
1 Garlic Clove, Peeled
1 Cup Fresh Flat-Leaf Parsley Leaves
¼ Cup Fresh Mint Leaves
¼ Cup Fresh Parmesan Cheese, Grated
1 T Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 T Fresh Lemon Juice
1 T Water
½ t Sea Salt
1/8 t Black Pepper, Coarsely Ground

1. Steam broccoli, covered for 2 minutes or until crisp-tender. Rinse broccoli with cold water. Drain; place in a large bowl.
2. Run the garlic and pine nuts through a food processor and process until minced. Add parsley, mint and cheese; process until finely minced. With the processor on, slowly pour the oil, lemon juice, water, salt and pepper through food chute and process until well blended.
3. Add the parsley mixture to the pasta, beans and broccoli and stir well
