Bread Pudding
New Age Health Spa

Yields 12 servings, 143 calories per serving

6 Slices Multigrain Bread
½ Cup Raisins
4 Eggs
2 Cups Fat Free Milk
½ Cup Organic Cane Sugar
1 TSP Ground Cinnamon
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Break or slice bread into small pieces into a 8 inch square pan. Sprinkle with raisins,
3. Whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla. Pour mixture over the bread and raisins. Gently press down with a fork until bread is covered and soaking up the egg mixture.
4. Bake for about 45 minutes or until the top bounces back when touched.
5. (Optional) Serve small piece of bread pudding cut in half with vanilla yogurt between the layers.
