Red Pepper Sauce

Ingredients:
- ¼ tsp. Canola Oil
- 3 Red Peppers, roasted
- 3 Yellow Peppers, roasted
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 dashes White Pepper
- ½ tsp. Garlic
- 2 cups Water
- 1 tbsp. Canola Oil
Instructions:
- To roast peppers, place ¼ tsp. Canola
oil in the palm of your hand and coat the peppers.
- Place peppers on a large baking sheet
and roast in 400 degree oven for 20 minutes or until the skin is
blackened.
- Let the peppers cool and then remove the
skin.
- In a blender, add red peppers and all
other ingredients. Blend until smooth.
