BIRDWING TURKEY BURGERS

1 pound ground turkey
- 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1/3 cup onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lite soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco
- Pepper to taste
- 6 whole wheat buns
- 6 lettuce leaves
- 6 tomato slices
- 6 onion rings, if desired
- Combine turkey and next 9 ingredients.
- Shape into six patties.
- Broil burgers until done, about 5 minutes on each side.
- Serve on whole-wheat buns with lettuce, tomato and an onion ring.
