Calm Yourself With Chamomile

Herb-scented water is the ultimate calming substance. You can add it to a
bath or splash it on afterwards. Just fill a jar with fresh or dried
chamomile flowers, then pour in boiling water to cover them. After the water
cools slightly, add two tablespoons of 100 proof vodka and one cup of water.
Then cover with a cloth and allow the mixture to cool completely. Strain,
pour into stopper bottles, and be sure to use often.
